Battery Care

Battery care for all cell phone batteries.

Very Important!

All batteries require initialization. That means in order to get the best performance from your battery it must be initialize properly. You do this by

Charging your cell phone, with it off, with a home charger (the one that came with your phone - 110 V) for 12 hours.

Then use your phone until it says "low battery".

Then re-charge your cell phone again, with it off, for 12 hours with a home charger (110V).

Then use your phone again until it says "low battery".

Repeat this sequence THREE TIMES BEFORE using a car charger or desktop charger.

Lithium Ion batteries do not develop a memory like the Nickel Metal Hydride but still require initialization for best performance. Failure to initialize properly can shorten battery life.
