1.TO WHOLESALE ORDER 2 OR MORE EACH OF A COLOR/DESIGN FOR MOST OF OUR Cell Phone Cover Faceplate Covers AND MANY OTHER Items:

 

 

1.      Log on to  http://www.megahousings.com/list.asp 

2.      Look for desired products/models.

3.      If satisfied you must order at least least 50 covers or other items. 

You will need to do a 1-time registration.  Use 6836 for “code/registration #”. 

        For all future orders, you will only need to log-in.  It’s a good idea to store your log-in info somewhere you can access it if you forget it (I have a folder in Microsoft Outlook for mine).

4.      Shop by placing items wanted in your shopping cart and submit the order.  Make sure that the person placing the order has your company’s authority to do so.

5.      We will then email you an invoice with pricing for your approval.  Prices range from $1.79 - $2.99/ea for cell phone covers  If you need pricing on the MLB, NCAA and Kool Cases, bluetooth headsets and batteries please call us before you place your order. 

6.   We will need you to email us at wholesale@akcessories.com to set up an account so we have your information and credit card information with the 3 number code for Visa/Master Card/Discover.  4 digits on FRONT in right hand corner on wiht us.

7.   Once you place your order we will create an itemized list of what you ordered and send it to you for approval.  When we email you the the invoice and you give the okay to have the inventory pulled from stock we charge your creduit card on file.  If items are missing because you did not get back to us order approval quickly and they are out of stock of items, we will refund you the difference.

8.   We use PayPal Website PayPal Pro account for our merchant service of all credit cards or you can use your payPal account, you will receive a recipt from PayPal and us.  We will send you a tracking order to the designated person on file.

 

Please make sure if you have submitted an order that you check your email for the approval invoice..  Items sell quickly so get what you want by answering the approval email.  The ORDER CANNOT be processed without your approval.  It will be in the form of a an attached Excel document.

6.      For first-time orders, after we have received your approval, we will call for your billing/credit card information and tax ID resale#.  We are the only ones that will have your CC#.  For repeat customers, we will simply process/charge/ship.  Once an order is approved, it cannot be altered.

7.      You will then receive a final invoice, showing your total with s/h/ins and a tracking number from UPS ground.  Depending on how fast your approval is, will determine the amount of the order that can be fulfilled and when the order will be shipped.  Your order will usually be received in 2-3 days.

8.      Returns will be handled by AKcessories.  A return form will need to be printed (see home page > scroll down left side) and filled out and returned along with a copy of your invoice.  ONLY factory-defective/UNUSED items will be accepted for return credit within 30 days of the order. We cannot take back items you ordered incorrectly or did not sell.  The credit will be issued on your next order.
