SMALLER CELL PHONE WHOLESALE ORDERS
TO WHOLESALE ORDER 1 OR MORE ITEMS ON OUR WEBSITE:
1. Shop as if you were a retail customer, adding products to your shopping cart. For your first order, we require a minimum purchase of $50 wholesale (approx. 20-30 faceplates) to set up the account. Faceplate prices range from $2.49 - $3.99 ea. (not counting specialty items). There is NO minimum on future orders.
2. When finished, go to “check out” and fill in whatever information you wish to get to the next page (it won’t be used).
3. On the next page, fill in your personal information, making sure you give an email address.
4. At the bottom of that page there is a “print” icon. Click and print the order.
5. Fax all pages of your order, along with a cover sheet, to our new toll-free number: 1-866-482-1213.
6. We will then email you with an invoice for your approval. It will come as an Excel attachment. If you cannot open Excel documents, please indicate that on your cover page. Please check your email if you’ve placed an order.
7. When we receive your approval, we will then call you to get your billing/credit card information and tax ID resale#. We will keep this on file for future orders. If you wish a different card to be used on a future order, please let us know when ordering.
8. We will then pull your order. Keep in mind that our smaller warehouse is generally for retail web customers; so if an item is low in stock, we will not be able to sell it at wholesale pricing – you may still purchase it at web price.
9. After the order is pulled, we will call you to let you know what is not available and give you suggestions or options for replacements if desired.
10. We will then process/charge/ship, using the USPS priority mail with insurance. Your order is usually received within 3 days. There is NO tracking number for the postal system, only delivery confirmation.
11. For returns, please note: ONLY factory-defective/UNUSED items will be accepted for return credit within 30 days of the order. We will need a return form (see home page > scroll down left side) and a copy of your invoice included with your returned items.
