If you don't know your model of phone ,follow these directions:

• Turn yourcell phone off
• remove the back that covers the battery
• remove the battery
• check the model number on the phone under the battery (not the battery)
• reassemble your phone
• turn on
• If you still cannot determine your model number try going to www.phonescoop.com and check your model phone.
• ALL batteries need to be initiatized properly- see cell phone tips for instructions.
