Flashing antennas work best for TDMA or GSM service.  CDMA service is transmitted in an arc like matter preventing them to flash quickly.  See Cell Phone Tips for more description on CDMA vs TDMA service.  All are made of  plastic material unlike your original antenna and can break.  You need to be careful when you have a flashing antenna on your phone.  You can't pull it out of your pocket, purse, holster or pouch by the antenna or it will eventually come apart. 

We have this thought on flashing antennas -"Take care of it, enjoy the fun of the antenna until it breaks."  Nothing plastic lasts forever.  So,  please ask yourself,  if you want to enjoy the antenna until it breaks or do you want to keep your original BEFORE you buy.  Some people have them last over a year.  Antennas are checked to make sure they flash prior to shipping and cannot be returned.  Please choose which phone you need your antenna for so the correct base can be included.  We will not be responsible for shipping the incorrect base with your order.  Your model name and number of your phone can be found on the phone under the battery.
