We want our customers to be happy with their product so we take the time to inspect every faceplate before we ship it to make sure the paint is not defective or the lenses are not too scratched and look for any broken parts.  There are boxes full of faceplates we have rejected for poor quality and would not send to our customers.

We are a company that has a mission to sell cell phone accessories at prices you can afford and not sell junk.  As stated in other parts of this website.  We actually take out every faceplate out of the package and inspect it before we ship it to you.  We want to make sure that there are no major flaws or broken parts.  If it has flaws we do not ship it. We take the loss rather than have you get something you don't like. Then we use the strongest box we could find to protect you merchandise.  But remember, we are not perfect.  There was only ONE person who fills those shoes.

We care about our customers.  We do not hesitate to call to make sure the keypad you ordered is really what you want when it does not fit the faceplate you ordered.  We want happy customers.  There is such a variety on our site to choose from.  Look around.  We have other items besides faceplates.

AKcessories ships within one to two BUSINESS days.  If we are out of a product, we call you to see if you would take another item.  If not, we credit back your credit card.

We use the USPS because they are faster than the other carriers.  We try to use a small enough box that it fits into your mail box and you don't get a yellow note stating that you have a packages waiting at the post office.

We ship our items in boxes 90% of the time so your item does not get broken.  We used to use bubble envelopes but too many times a faceplate would get broken in the mail and lead to unhappy customers.  So we changed to boxes and did not increase our shipping. 

We try to use a box that will fit in your mailbox so you don't get that little slip of paper the postman leaves when you get a package that does not fit and then you have to go to the post office to retrieve your package.
